Reentry Data Tracking in a Jail Management System | St. Louis County, MN
The Jail Re-Entry Team at the St. Louis County Jail in Duluth, Minnesota, built the Jail Re-Entry Enhancement within the facility's jail management system (JMS) to collect and track reentry data consistently. This resource is the team's report for the second quarter of 2026, covering April 1 through June 30. It presents that quarter's reentry data along with three of the screens staff use to enter it. Administrative Sergeant Jason Ringdahl prepared the report under the county's 2022 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) grant.
